My development coach and teacher encourages us to use the word ‘considerations’ in place of the word ‘problems.’ I’ve found that helpful over time as it shapes my relationship in a more positive light with what I’m naming as a ‘problem.’ I’ve even discovered over time that what I was labeling a problem wasn’t actually a problem, but my relationship with it was what needed to be addressed. 😊
